About J.K. Group

J.K. Group of Companies, based in Faisalabad, the heart of Pakistan’s textile industry, has a business legacy of over six decades since its beginning in 1958. It took its present shape in 1975 as a cloth exporter and trader, and has grown into one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of textile products from Pakistan.

The flagship company, J.K. Spinning Mills Limited, is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. It operates an integrated textile complex through two core divisions:

  • Yarn: 183,538 spindles and 6,000 rotors, producing about 33,100 tons of cotton and polyester yarn a year for local and international markets.
  • Fabric and Made-ups: in-house weaving, processing and stitching of Home Textiles, Bath Linen, Woven Garments and Hospitality Textiles, exported to markets worldwide.

These operations are supported by the group’s own captive gas-based and solar power, generated solely for its mills’ consumption to ensure energy security and operational stability.
